Adult Skate Program – Skatercise
This is a program is for experienced and non-skaters alike. *NEW* Morning Adult Lessons from learning to skate for the beginner to improving skills for the seasoned skater, we offer it all! Come join the fun in our positive environment. Session starts September 24th and runs to April 08.

Powerskating Program
This is an action packed program geared toward hockey skaters. The focus is on power, agility, balance, speed & endurance. Full hockey equipment is strongly recommended. In order to register skaters must be: age 6 and up, and able to skate the length of the ice both forwards and backwards.
Mondays 6:15 - 7:00 (13 weeks)

Precanskate Program
Ages 3 to 5 (as at the start of the program). This is a fun, learn to skate program for preschool & kindergarten children. One group lesson per week. It is mandatory that parents remain at the Arena and that children wear CSA approved hockey helmets.

Canskate Program
This is a learn-to-skate program for children ages 5 and up. It is a progressive program that focuses on the fundamentals of skating and teaches the basis techniques required for hockey, figure skating and recreational skating. It is recommended that parents stay at the Arena and children are required to wearCSA approved hockey helmets. Program begins - week of Sept. 17th and run to April.
CanSkate: One group lesson per week.

Starskate Programs
All StarSkate Programs begin the week of Sept. 8th, 2008.
Junior: Introductory session into the StarSkate Program. Once skaters have completed the CanSkate Program they start to learn the basics of figure skating (free skate, skills and dance). Includes four group lessons per week. Private or semi-private lessons are strongly recommended.

Monday Morning Practice Ice:
All Intermediate and Senior skaters are eligible to register for the Monday Morning Skating. Ice may be used for all disciplines.

Ticket Ice: Ticket ice is open to all skaters for extra practice. No lessons or supervision is provided by the club. This ice time is payable every week in the skating office and begins first week of November.
Wednesdays 11:30 - 1:00

Session Locations:
All sessions are on Pad A unless stated otherwise. Sessions are subject to cancellation for test days or other events.
Refunds:
It is the policy of the club that no refunds will be issued to skaters who have skated on more than 2 sessions. In the case of medical or extenuating circumstances a letter to the executive must be sent stating the reason(s) for the withdrawal. The executive will discuss and vote on the appropriate compensation (if any). You will be notified in writing of the decision. There is a $50 administration fee for any withdrawal from a program.
